We are very pleased to welcome Dr. Thomas Pallien as a new trainer in the C-TO-BE network!

"Another culture is never good or bad – it's simply different." Dr. Thomas Pallien is a bridge-builder between Germany and India. He supports individuals and organizations in working successfully across borders. Driven by curiosity and guided by clarity, his focus lies on the cultural spheres of India and Germany – regions he knows not only professionally but also personally.

With a doctorate in law and professional experience in Cologne, Berlin, New Delhi, and Aachen, he brings both in-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise. In his work with executives, professionals, and public institutions, he combines clarity with cultural sensitivity – always at eye level and solution-oriented.

Thomas lives in Berlin and is a board member of the German-Indian Lawyers Association. He is also a regular speaker at professional events related to India and Southeast Asia.
