Norbert Heining is a qualified psychologist, trainer, consultant, systemic coach, keynote speaker, and author of the book "Glücksprinzipien" ("Principles of Happiness"), a comprehensive practical guide in Positive Psychology. He is a partner and managing director of SAM HR Kompetenzcenter GmbH, where he oversees the area of Leadership, Culture, and Training. Norbert has more than 20 years of leadership and management experience in international corporations. For 10 years, Norbert served as the HR manager at Coca-Cola.
