Mediation Intensive

Business Mediator Training

In a globalized and dynamic business world, conflicts are inevitable. They arise from differing interests, goals, or cultural backgrounds of companies, teams, and individuals. In recent years, business mediation has proven to be an effective method for resolving such conflicts amicably and outside of court. Training as a business mediator equips participants to professionally moderate conflicts as neutral third parties and develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of all parties involved.

Focus and Objectives of the Training
This training not only provides an introduction to the core concepts and techniques of business mediation but also emphasizes practical, case-based exercises to systematically develop participants' mediation skills. By combining theoretical foundations with real-world applications, participants learn how to implement conflict resolution strategies in their professional environments and facilitate long-term agreements between conflicting parties.

Target Group

This training is designed for professionals who frequently encounter conflicts in their work environment and wish to take on a structured, mediating role. It is particularly suited for specialists and managers in the fields of law, corporate consulting, and human resources, as well as employees in organizational development and social sciences who aim to enhance their conflict resolution and communication skills.
