The Harvard Concept has permanently changed the approach to negotiations.

This strategy, developed at Harvard Law School, follows the cooperative approach: negotiations should achieve a result for both sides that is satisfactory, efficient, and positively strengthens the relationship between the parties.
C-TO-BE. THE COACHING COMPANY takes elements of the Harvard concept and incorporates them into the reality of your negotiation situations.

We also believe that a good negotiator masters both competitive and cooperative negotiation styles in order to be able to apply the full range of negotiation skills.
