Help. We Can't Do It Alone

Conflict Facilitation

Conflict facilitation refers to the process of helping to resolve conflicts between individuals or groups by using a neutral and impartial facilitator to guide and support the conversation and interaction between the parties.
The facilitator has the task of creating an environment in which the parties to the conflict can express and understand their perspectives and needs. They help to improve communication between the parties by clearing up misunderstandings and preventing the conflicting parties from accusing or attacking each other.
A conflict facilitator can also suggest solutions and encourage the parties to think creatively and develop alternatives. They also encourage the parties to reach an agreement that is acceptable to all parties involved.
