Hans W. Jablonski

Hans W. Jablonski is a senior consultant, trainer, and expert in Diversity & Inclusion. With over 20 years of practical experience in personnel and organizational development, his specialization lies in Diversity Management. Hans Jablonski has successfully worked as an internal consultant for companies such as Ford Motor Company, BP p.l.c, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, and Commerzbank. He was one of the first Diversity Managers in Germany and is a co-founder of the Diversity Charter in Germany. Additionally, he serves as an "Expert Panelist" for the global initiative GDIB (Global Inclusion Benchmark Tool) and is a member of the ISO/DIN Committee for the development of global ISO/DIN guidelines on Diversity & Inclusion. Hans resides in Cologne.
