Tanja Herzig

Tanja Herzig began her career as a Diplom-Kauffrau (business graduate) and department manager in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Later, she transitioned to the automotive world, specifically in tire retail, where her passion for training ignited. Today, Tanja is an entrepreneur, virtual team innovator, business trainer, moderator, facilitator, and process companion. In 2022, Tanja was awarded the European Training Prize for her tool "Servicereise" (Service Journey). She resides near Frankfurt am Main.
